Flower Power

I received this product for review purposes.

Now, who doesn't like flowers?

I hope everyone does because I sure do! Flowers are like a girls best friend (besides diamonds of course). Recently I had the opportunity to review for The Bouqs Company which is an online flower service and they're like...freaking awesome! I don't expect you to believe me just yet, but you should check out this cool video about the company below.

I was able to choose from a wide variety of flowers from the Volcano Collection (which comes straight from South America) to review. That probably was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. They were all just so lovely and eye catching. Eventually I decided on the Confetti Flower Bouquet and chose a delivery date because decisions had to be made and I couldn't have them all. :)

The Confetti Bouq consists of every color of The Bouqs farm-fresh premium roses. They're eco-friendly and shipped right from the volcano to your door with free delivery! They come delicately packed in a lovely box and there will be some work for you to do such as filling your favorite vase with room temperature water and flower food (flower food is provided), trimming stems, and removing leaves and ruined petals

Pictured above is a sneak peak of the beautiful bouquet before it's unwrapped.

Now unwrapped, it's just a beauty to look at! Sending flowers to myself was a new experience and I loved it. The ordering process was so simple and doesn't require much to get your order placed. What I do like best is that The Bouqs offers unique subscriptions (twice a week, once a week, every two weeks and etc) to make sure you'll never miss an occasion or simple "just because" which I think are the best occasions.

I had a lot of trimming to do with the leaves since I was using a narrow tall vase. Surprisingly not many of the petals were horribly damage which was great, however quite a bit were wilted. This wasn't a disappointment though. I took into consideration the location and the fact that they were in a box for a few days being shipped via FedEx from July 4th to today.

Above is a close up of one of the roses. As you can see around the rose head is a bit wilted but I'm sure after some fresh water it will perk right back up.

Overall I was happy with my order from The Bouqs. Now I understand that everyone's experience will be different but I won't deny that I had a good one. The flowers are tremendous quality and for a flat rate of $40 for a dozen, $50 for two dozens or $70 for 36 stems (Volcano Collection only) you can't go wrong. Also the variety is amazing. From roses to daisies to lilies and more. Lets also not forget about the colors! These are not your average grocery store flowers. These are beyond average. They're Bouqs

Now do you believe me when I say that The Bouqs are awesome?!
