Why not keep this trend going every season, shall we? Last summer I decided to dive into some of my favorite shorts from Aritzia, and since it happens to be my favorite store and where 95% of my wardrobe comes from, I figured I'd share some of my top picks that I'd either be wanting to purchase or already have for fall! Of course my color palette is neutrals all the way but I can't wait to dive into some deeper tones this season.

1. Leather Pants

• Or should I say the best vegan leather pants you'll get your hands on. Yes, they went viral, and yes, they're worth it. I decided to finally give in and get a pair after I said you wouldn't catch me dead in leather pants. But they're so stylish and chic and perfect for fall. You can spot these in my latest IG post to see for yourselves.

2. Seamed Tanks

• I'm already in love with the classic sculpt knit tanks from Aritzia, and I recently came across these seamed ones that I think I need asap. The style reminds me slightly of a corset which I do not own but find flattering. Due to the material, I think this would be more my style so I can't wait to see these styled or in person.

3. Cropped Sweaters

• I don't think cropped sweaters will ever go out of style. I came across this sweater on IG and haven't stopped thinking about it since. It's a bit out of my comfort zone with the collar but I also think that's what makes it so cute.

4. Sweater Dresses

• I can't tell you how excited I am to receive my order for this dress. Luckily I was able to snag one that I saw online as this color is currently sold out. I was so tempted to purchase in black but I figured I'd spice things up and add a bit of chocolate brown to my wardrobe because fall obviously. I don't think I've worn a sweater dress since I was a child but couldn't pass up this number, just look at the button-up detailing and mini-split. Friendsgiving anyone?

5. Trouser Shorts

• I featured a similar pair in my previous post last season and decided to give in and place an order! I truly hope I'm able to incorporate this smoothly into my wardrobe if the weather doesn't drop below 50 degrees as this would be perfect to pair with a sweater vest or oversized button-up. 

6. Slip Skirts

• As a newbie to the "slip" world, I fell in love with the dresses and had to try the skirt. It's the perfect piece to dress up or down whether running around the city or just grabbing a coffee. The length is also perfect for days where you don't want to be too leggy while the temperatures are dropping. Such a staple piece!

7. Shackets 

• As an owner of one of these jackets that I was heavily influenced to buy, I hope I can do the same for you all because it's 100% worth it and this will be my second season wearing it! I love that it's not too heavy and keeps me warm during these chillier months. I'm so in love that I'm a bit tempted to get a second one in a lighter color.
