Springtime Snacking with My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream

Hey guys!

I have a bright and colorful post to share with you all. With the weather warming up here in Pueblo, Colorado, I tend to get a craving for ice cream or anything cold and sweet in general. However, I usually feel a bit guilty after eating nearly a pint of ice cream all to myself.

With My/Mo Mochi ice cream, I'm always excited to grab a ball of flavor and take it anywhere. It's a versatile snack that's not only fun to eat but delicious as well! Luckily I was able to score three out of eight awesome flavors at my local King Soopers. I went with Ripe Strawberry, Sweet Mango, and my absolute favorite of them all, Vanilla Bean.

My/Mo Mochi ice cream is a colorful brand that you surely can't miss walking down your grocery store's ice cream aisle. If you're unfamiliar, they're not your typical ice cream treat. These fun balls of ice cream are wrapped up in a amazingly sweet soft batch of mochi dough freshly dusted with flour.

If you're wondering how I enjoy eating these goodies, I usually like to mix and match my flavors. With My/Mo Mochi ice cream you don't have to worry about scooping up ice cream and trying to eat each flavor equally as fast before they create one messy bowl of flavor. I like to toss a couple into a bowl and sit back and enjoy a television show or pick up my favorite book.

If I'm feeling a bit more spontaneous, I like to cut my My/Mo Mochi ice cream into halves and mix them up or connect different pieces together to create a unique flavor. P.S. - sweet mango and ripe strawberry taste amazing together if you didn't already know.

Be sure to be on the lookout as well for the other five flavors available at your local grocery store; Salted Caramel, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies & Cream, Green Tea, and Double Chocolate. These are the perfect snacks for the upcoming warm weather and are fun to share with friends anytime, anywhere.

How do you My/Mo?
