Hey guys!

Today, I plan on getting a bit personal with you all as being prepared in life is something I tend to strongly focus on. Although I'm still young, I'm not getting any younger, and neither are the people closest to me. I find it very important to be prepared for the unexpected which lead you to today's post, being prepared and aware of your options when thinking about transitioning into the role of a caregiver.

I love to keep back-stock of products that I know are helpful and useful. I decided to head over to my local Sam's Club to pick up some Poise products that we (my mom and I) are already fans of. It reduces stress knowing that you're already prepared and Sam's Club makes it convenient and offers a pick-up service that you can use to be able to stock up on any of your supply needs. You can even do it from the comfort of your own home as they're also able to ship directly to your door.

Being a caregiver is not an easy task and I know all too well that it can produce stress. Helping my grandmother with any of her basic needs was something I felt proud in doing, knowing I can be there for her at a time when she needed me most. With readily available products like Glucerna, Ensure, Depend, and Poise, Sam's Club is able to cover all of your caregiver needs, and what's even better is that they're in bulk.

If there is one piece of advice that I can give to you all, it'll be to ask for help. Don't  be ashamed of getting a little frustrated. We are all only human and are not able to fulfill every need on our own. Whether you ask friends, or other family members, having some help, even if it's simply to take a trip to your local Sam's Club will help you in so many ways. I typically like to tag my brother to tag along as an extra set of hands, this forces you into taking some time for yourself knowing you're not overloading or piling up tons of stress on your wellbeing as it defeats the purpose of being a caregiver if you're unable to care for yourself.

Change your experience today by heading on over to your local Sam's Club, assuring you that you'll receive a peace of mind knowing that you can find what you need, when you need it!
